Owners and operators of Class 7 and 8 trucks can depend on Cummins to deliver the leading technology for 2010 engines and beyond. Cummins is the only engine manufacturer with a single, integrated system that encompasses critical subsystems from air intake to exhaust after-treatment.
Cummins 2010 on-highway engines use proven technology and the same core components that make all Cummins engines so fuel efficient and reliable.
The Cummins heavy duty truck-engine lineup includes the following diesel engines:
Expect superior driving performance and industry-leading fuel economy with Cummins ISX15 EPA 2010 engine. Every element has been designed and manufactured to optimize performance, reliability and durability while delivering the lowest operating costs of any engine in its class. Ratings range from 400-600 hp with a maximum 2050 lb-ft of peak torque.
Cummins ISX12 builds on the legacy of the ISM and proven technology of the ISX15 to deliver better fuel economy, performance, reliability and durability. It has more horsepower and more torque, plus stronger acceleration – all in a compact design. It achieves near-zero emissions and reduces noise output.
Optimized calibrations have resulted in significant fuel economy gains for the ISX12. Fuel economy has improved up to 5 percent in regional haul applications and up to 12 percent in vocational applications versus the ISX11.9.
Crosspoint locations service all Cummins Heavy Duty Truck engines, offering repairs, warranty work, overhauls and more. They also maintain a large parts inventory and can quickly turn around orders for any part that isn’t immediately available.
